The Caring Place is celebrating 40 years of service in the Georgetown community.
The backstory
The Caring Place opened in 1985 and assists families in crisis through food programs, thrift store vouchers, financial assistance and more.
While the organization is located in Georgetown, Communications Manager Gretchen Halle said The Caring Place’s service areas also include:
