Lofts on Rock, a five-story, mixed-use building at 810 Rock St., Georgetown, marked its completion Sept. 27 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The building, developed by Cerus Development, includes 12 condominiums ranging in size from 645 to 800 square feet and a rooftop deck that overlooks the city’s downtown. Units include appliances and private balconies as well as dedicated storage and on-site, covered parking. Prices range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$300,000s.
