The Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center honored Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes on Jan. 9 for donating funds to the WCCAC and the Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown.
The WCCAC awarded Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes its Champions for Children award Jan. 10, which honors donors that give $10,000 or more in a year.
"He's been a long-term supporter of ours," WCCAC Executive Director Brenda Staples said about Jimmy Jacobs. "He consistently gives to different fundraising events and programs."
Serving physically and sexually abused children, the WCCAC is located at 1811 S.E. Inner Loop in Georgetown. Staples said the center serves about 600 to 700 children each year, and the donation will go to the WCCAC's forensic and counseling programs.
