Hat Creek Burger Co. owner Drew Gressett said the burger restaurant is expected to open in November or December.
"We're excited about Georgetown," Gressett said. "It's going to be a great store, and this site couldn't have worked out any better with the orientation of the river."
The restaurant, which is located across Austin Avenue from the Two Rivers Apartments complex and situated near the San Gabriel River, will include a 3,400-square-foot building and offer outdoor dining and a play area for children.
