1. Construction continues on Georgetown ISD’s Middle School No. 4 located near Rockride Lane and SE Inner Loop. The school is expected to open in fall 2017.

2. The former Albertsons building at 610 N. Austin Ave. is now home to businesses including La Playa Mexican Cafe, Golf Ranch, House of Gainz gym and Mattress 1 One. Construction work continues on the building facade and other retail spaces.
3. A Natural Grocers location is under construction at Wolf Ranch Parkway and Hwy. 29. The store is expected to open later this year.
