About 6.8 acres at 4889 Williams Drive were rezoned from office to general commercial C-1 zoning by City Council at its Jan. 28 meeting. The site's developer told City Council he was planning an independent-living facility to help supplement the Legacy at Georgetown assisted-living facility, which is located next to the property.
