The Well, a new restaurant concept its owners describe as “upper-end casual” is expected to come to Georgetown this October. Located on the bottom floor of the Stromberg-Hoffman Building at 718 S. Austin Ave., Georgetown, the space is around 5,100 square feet. The restaurant will feature food, wine and whiskey, including hand-cut steaks, fresh fish, a hefty appetizer menu and 60 to 80 different kinds of whiskey.
