Free outdoor movie nights: “The Lorax”

The Pokémon-dedicated event will feature games, vendors, voice actor appearances, a cosplay photo station and more at the Wingate by Wyndham Round Rock Hotel & Conference Center.
This year’s pride theme is “Silence=Death,” encouraging the community to raise their voices “in protest, in celebration, and in unity.” There will be games and carnival rides, vendor booths, food, and drinks. The parade is free to attend and will start at the Texas State Capitol.
West Pecan Coffee + Beer will host a family-friendly poetry reading. Patrons are invited to bring their own poems or choose from a selection around the shop.
Solve a murder mystery as you dine. Each ticket includes entry to the show, along with dinner, waitstaff gratuity and more. Actors in the show are not in costume, and hide within the audience to make the experience interactive.
Muqabala Dancers and Livvie Star Co. will host the workshop where participants will have a 90-minute high-energy Garba session. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a professional promotional video. Ages 15 and up are allowed to sign up for the event.
