New restaurant and bar Camp Briteside opened in west Georgetown in early September.
The brew court and meatery serves a range of American food entrees, including chicken-fried steak as well as shrimp and grits, alongside appetizers, desserts, and a full bar of cocktails, wine and beer.
The restaurant features a stage for live music, a wiffle ball field and 18,000 square feet of artificial grass for children to play on.
“What we really want it to be as a place for families to come out, completely disconnect from their busyness of life and reconnect as families,” said co-owner Cody Hirt, who serves on the Georgetown ISD board of trustees.
