On April 6, Georgetown ISD will shift its optional learning model to teacher-designed online learning, the district announced in an April 2 letter to parents.
On March 31, the district announced that it would remain closed through May 1, with in-person classes now anticipated to begin May 4.
Parents and students will receive information from their campus beginning as early as April 3, and teachers will communicate lesson expectations directly with their students no later than the morning of April 6, it said.
