Summer Moon Coffee opened a new coffee shop in Georgetown’s Bluebonnet Plaza earlier this month.

Summer Moon Coffee serves oak-roasted coffee with its signature sweet “Moon Milk,” a company news release states.
Randy Findley owns the location off West University Avenue and Wolf Ranch Parkway. He is also the owner of six other Austin-area locations, according to the release.
