Lakeway Sings! presents ‘Alphabet Soup’
Lakeway Sings! returns for its annual spring dinner show, which will feature a cast of more than 70 local performers celebrating songs from every letter of the alphabet.

2026 Red Poppy Festival
The 27th annual festival will include artisan and food vendors, a parade, a car show, children’s activities, a pup parade, and live music from Maddie & Tae, Jade Eagleson and more artists.
Eeyore’s Birthday Party
The long-standing Austin tradition is operated by nonprofit Friends of the Forest Foundation and features vendors, music and games. A UT student threw the first Eeyore-themed party in 1964. Run entirely by volunteers, the annual event benefits the Austin community.
Earth Fest at ReStore
Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore will celebrate Earth Day with giveaways, food, drinks and children’s activities.
Doggie Dip Day
Attendees can take their furry friend to the spring-fed pool at the Landa Park Aquatic Complex for a swim. Owners will be required to present proof of vaccinations.
Austin Blues Festival
The Austin Blues Festival will return to Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park this spring, presented by Antone’s Nightclub and Waterloo Greenway Conservancy. The two-day festival celebrates music and culture and started in 1999. This year is the festival’s fourth edition and will celebrate Antone’s 50-year lease extension.

Mini-Con 2026
Cosplayers and pop culture fans can visit the public library for the mini comic-con, celebrating all media forms and genres. The event is open to all ages and will feature a cosplay contest, vendors, a meet and greet with Austin Ghostbusters, and live action role-playing.
