The design for the building pairs a traditional sanctuary with modern classrooms, connected by open walkways. The first phase will include worship space, rooms for children's and family ministry, and gathering areas.
“People are moving to west Georgetown faster than anyone can count, and we want to be a good neighbor from the very first day,” Reverend Neal McGowan said in a news release. “We want to build a beautiful space of worship that is a gift to everyone."
