Frontier Infusion Center is expected to open in South Georgetown this summer.
The medical infusion center will treat over 50 conditions by administering medicine directly into a patient’s bloodstream through an IV. The center will offer a wide range of infusions, including antibiotics and medications for arthritis, excluding chemotherapy drugs.
The center will provide gastrointestinal; neurological; allergy; immunology; autoimmune disease; skin infection; and joint, muscle and ligament treatments with a focus on treatments for diabetics through insulin infusions.
A team of registered nurses, advanced practice providers and medical assistants will administer the infusions, and the center will accept most insurances.
