Local Georgetown coffee truck, Rose & Dagger Coffee Co., is moving to a brick-and-mortar location.
The opening date has yet to be announced, but owners Madison and Jack Vacek aim to open the cafe’s doors by the end of the summer. The coffee trailer is currently located on the same property as the new location.
What’s on the menu
Rose & Dagger serves a selection of craft lattes, teas and refreshers.
Specific menu items include the Kraken, a white chocolate and salted honey butter latte, as well as the TNT, a sparkling water drink made with strawberry and jalapeno syrup.

“We had an opportunity to expand from a mobile business into a brick and mortar location,” Madison Vacek said in a message to Community Impact. “Our dream has always been to operate as a fully established coffee shop.”
