Blushing Belle Boutique opened in late summer on the Georgetown Square. After solidifying its hours in October, the business held its grand opening Dec. 1-3.

Owned by Kristi Carney, the store is a women's clothing boutique and hat bar, and carries items including dresses, tops and accessories. Customers can also customize suede, felt and straw hats choosing from a variety of designs, ribbons and feathers.
