Black Sugar Caffé closed its shops in Cedar Park, Georgetown and Round Rock in late January and has transitioned to wholesale only, owner Judy Lu said in an email.

Lu said she sold the cafe's retail divisions but kept its wholesale department. The business will focus on coffee roasting and refining the quality of the brand's beans, she said.
