Shari Cahill will open 18 Carrot Bakery on April 13 at 710 S. Austin Ave., Georgetown, on the Square. The bakery will share retail space with Sip ’n’ Stain, an arts-and-crafts workshop business. Cahill will offer a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pies, cinnamon rolls, cookies and brownies. She said carrot cake is her signature item. 702-540-2430
