Construction on another residential project in Frisco’s Hall Park is about to start.
Hall Park announced Oct. 7 that it is preparing to break ground on Terra Residences, the latest residential development planned within the 162-acre mixed-use community in Frisco. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with completion planned for fall 2028.
What to know
According to a Hall Park media release, Terra Residences will offer 105 apartment homes serving both Hall Park tenants and Frisco residents. The property will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bed floor plans, with an average unit size of approximately 900 square feet, open-concept layouts and modern design.
Terra Residences is located within Hall Park’s evolving mixed-use district, offering residents access to green space and hospitality-driven programming, lakes, walking trails and planned retail and dining destinations like Tango Room and Commissary.
Terra Residences is also located near the newly developed Kaleidoscope Park. Developed by Hall Group, Terra Residences will bolster the community’s residential options following the leasing of The Monarch, Hall Park’s existing luxury apartment building.
Craig Hall, founder and CEO of Hall Group, said the Terra Residences groundbreaking gives “Frisco’s growing workforce more ways to live where they work.”
“The continued evolution of Hall Park has always centered on creating an integrated environment where people can live, work, connect and build community,” Hall said in the release. “As the market continues to grow, we see strong demand for housing that combines walkability, wellness, hospitality and access to premier amenities.”
One more thing
Hall Park selected Architecture Demarest as the project’s main architect, Faulkner Design Group for interior design and LMF Construction as the project’s general contractor.
The announcement follows the expansion of The Terraces at Hall Park, the district’s newest 10-story building, which will include more than 200,000 square feet of workspace above a parking garage with more than 1,300 spaces.
