Hall Park broke ground on two new projects in the mixed-use development in Frisco on June 10.
The projects include The Terraces Hall Park, which is a Class A office tower, and a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park. Hall Park is developed by the Hall Group, and the park is owned by the city and operated by the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation.
Officials broke ground on both projects at a June 10 celebration.
"These are legacy type projects. It's how you make them sustainable,” Mayor Jeff Cheney said. “This is the future of mixed-use office development where you have to create places like this to attract companies for people to want to work here.”
