February data shows median home prices increased in Frisco

The Frisco housing market saw a year-over-year increase in median home sales prices during February, according to the latest data from Collin County Area Realtors.

The 75034 ZIP code area saw about an 18% increase in median sales price compared to February 2023. The 75036 ZIP code area saw a nearly 17% increase in median sales price during February.

Nearly 170 homes were sold in Frisco during February which is less than the amount sold in February 2023. The 75036 ZIP code area saw 58 homes sold, a nearly 50% increase from February 2023.

About 260 homes were added to the market in February. The 75035 ZIP code area added the most homes, while the 75033 ZIP code area saw the largest year-over-year increase.

Homes on the Frisco market also sold faster compared to last year. Each area saw a decrease in average days a home spent on the market. The 75035 ZIP area code saw the biggest decrease of about 20% compared to February 2023.
