Frisco Heritage Museum is slated to reopen in February following a construction project, which began in November, Heritage Park Supervisor Lindsay Loy said.

Loy said these upgrades will make the space more inviting and comfortable for their visitors.
The museum is owned by the city of Frisco and operated by Play Frisco’s cultural affairs division.
The 16,000 square-foot museum, which offers free admission, is home to exhibits and objects connected to the development of Frisco and the North Texas region.
“The mission of the Frisco Heritage Museum is to collect, preserve, study, interpret, exhibit and stimulate appreciation for, and knowledge of, the history and culture of Frisco, Texas and the North Texas region to all the people of the region, and to the visitors attracted to the area,” the city of Frisco’s website states.
