Miramonte Phase II

Miramonte Phase II, a 262-acre community that will have more than 750 homes when built out, broke ground in March at Hillcrest Road and Panther Creek.

Infrastructure installation is expected to be complete by January. Presales are expected to begin in late 2014, and the model home complex will open early in 2015.

Build-out is expected to take five to seven years.

Beazer Homes is currently the only builder. However, Beazer is considering other builders for the community in the future.

The Miramonte development features lots in four different sizes ranging from 50 feet wide to 80 feet wide. Home square footage will range from 1,800 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.

The development is in the Prosper ISD. An elementary school is planned on the site.

Amenities include: Miles of hiking and biking trails, two pedestrian bridges, two large ponds, open green space and lush landscaping and a large resort-style pool area with cabana.
