3. Legacy Medical Park III

Legacy Medical Park III will be a building on a 5-acre lot on the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and Warren Parkway. The property will be up to 65,000 square feet. Construction began April 18 and is expected to be completed toward the beginning of 2017.

4. Newman Village

Newman Village Phase 4 along Panther Creek Parkway began in late 2015 and is expected to be completed in late 2016 or early 2017. Phase 4 includes an additional 92 homes and will be the final phase for Newman Village, a gated single-family home neighborhood.

5. Preston Main Village

Preston Main Village is a retail and office center under construction at 9133 Preston Road. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of May. The center has a total of 6,000 square feet and has space for two tenants, which includes a dry cleaner.

6. Stonebrook Park

Stonebrook Park will be located at the northwest corner of Dallas Parkway and Stonebrook Parkway. The mixed-use development will be done in four phases and will include 480,000 square feet of office space as well as two hotels, a parking garage, retail space, restaurants and a gym. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2017.

7. Villages at Majestic Gardens

Villages at Majestic Gardens is a new residential community on 51 acres along Main Street west of Legacy Drive. The community will have a total of 250 residences to be marketed for sale in spring 2017. The development broke ground in April.

8. Villages of Stonelake Estates

Villages of Stonelake Estates, a residential community, is finishing up its last phase at the southeast corner of Independence Parkway and Eldorado Parkway. The last phase is expected to be completed in June. The last phase has a total of 70 lots. The master-planned community has walking trails, open green space and a community pool.
