Construction is almost finished on the first phase of 4th Army Drive to build a connection from Lebanon Road to the Stewart Creek West Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction is about one-quarter through the second phase of the project to add a two-lane undivided roadway from the wastewater treatment plant to Timber Ridge Drive.

2. Dallas Parkway widening
Construction is more than half done on the first phase of the Dallas Parkway project to construct an additional lane on northbound and southbound frontage roads with intersection improvements at Warren Parkway and Lebanon Road. The second and third phases, which will add a lane on the northbound and southbound frontage roads at Eldorado and Panther Creek parkways, are still in the planning phase.
