Pho Republic will open its first location in West Frisco on Oct. 8. 

Developed by the team at Sayuri Asian Cuisine, Pho Republic will offer iced coffee, fresh smoothies, hojicha, matcha, rice dishes, bánh mì and daily-made pho. The Oct. 8 soft opening will feature a limited menu that is set to expand after Pho Republic’s grand opening. 

“Pho Republic is more than just a restaurant to us,” Sayuri Asian Cuisine said in a social media post. “It’s a way to preserve and share our family’s traditional Vietnamese recipes—the flavors we grew up with, made with the same love and care you would find in our mother’s home kitchen.”
