Bitty & Beau’s Coffee, located in Shops at the Gate in Frisco, is set to open April 26, according to the company’s website.

The coffee shop beverage menu includes hot and iced drinks such as coffee, mocha and matcha latte. Other beverages include frappes and smoothies. Items featured on the food menu are bagels, muffins, brownies and more.
The impact
Bitty & Beau’s Coffee employs over 450 people with disabilities nationwide, the website states.
“Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace,” according to the website. “It’s a place where diversity isn’t just appreciated, it’s celebrated.”
