Hall Park is moving forward with new expansion plans that will include a new office tower and a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, according to a May 27 company news release.
Construction is expected to begin in June on both projects, with completion anticipated in 2028.
Two-minute impact
The office tower, called The Terraces at Hall Park, will be part of Hall Park, the mixed-use development developed by Hall Group. The 10-story building will include more than 200,000 square feet of workspace areas above a parking garage with more than 1,300 spaces, according to the release.
The office tower is also planned to feature an amenity level with meeting space, a bar and lounge area and a terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.
About 60% of the building will include move-in-ready spec suites, while the remaining 40% will be customizable shell space, per the release.
Craig Hall, Hall Group founder and CEO, said in the release that building new office space is a deliberate and “future-focused decision.”
“The workplace is evolving, and we’re responding with a product designed for tomorrow’s employees,” Hall said in the release.
Hall Group is also moving forward with a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park in partnership with the city of Frisco, the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation and the Frisco Community Development Corp.
The project will add about 1.4 acres to the Kaleidoscope Park, including new landscaping, an enhanced performance lawn, a water feature and an outdoor video screen and performance stage designed to support additional community events.

Frisco officials approved plans for the Kaleidoscope Park expansion last March, shortly after the park opened in October 2024.
“The response to Kaleidoscope Park has truly exceeded expectations, and this next phase allows us to expand our programming in meaningful ways,” said Shawn Jackson, executive director of the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, in the release.
The Beck Group will serve as both architect and contractor for the office tower and park expansion, according to the release.

Construction on the project is scheduled to start June 19, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
