Frisco Station, Hall Park development progresses after Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approvals

Development at Frisco Station and Hall Park is on the rise after approval of plans for hotel, office, retail, restaurant and park space.

The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved the following open space and site plans at a Dec. 10 meeting.

Hall Park

The commission approved plans for one hotel, office and retail building; one urban living, cafeteria and retail building; two office buildings; one parking lot; and two parks over eight lots, according to city documents.

Located on the southwest corner of Gaylord and Warren parkways, this development is expected to total nearly 32 acres, per city documents.

The Hub at Frisco Station

Located on the northwest corner of Gaylord Parkway and Hall of Fame Lane, plans for four retail, restaurant and office buildings and two parking lots over 6.5 acres were approved.
