1. Shops at Starwood
The third and final phase of the Shops at Starwood has been completed at the southwest corner of Lebanon Road and Dallas North Tollway. Construction on the final phase began in the summer of 2015 and adds nearly 40,000 square feet of space. The expansion adds more than 26,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and more than 11,000 square feet of executive office space. Space is now available for leasing.
2. Preston Circle Office Park
Phase I of the office park, located on the northeast corner of John Hickman Parkway and Legendary Drive, is still under construction. The project broke ground Jan. 15, and the completion date of the first phase has yet to be determined. The office park will have a total of 48 office condos.
