5. Independence/121 Retail Center

Construction was completed in September on the retail center at the northeast corner of Independence Parkway and SH 121. The 12,000-square-foot center includes medical and office space and other neighborhood businesses such as Palio’s Pizza Cafe.

6. Independence Medical Park

The medical offices at the northeast corner of Independence Parkway and SH 121 have been completed. The offices feature 25,000 square feet of office space. Dental and medical

clinics have moved in, and space is still available for leasing.

7. JC Professional Center II

The exterior of the building is complete at 6371 Preston Road. Construction crews are now working on the interior for new incoming tenants. Overall, the building is 23,300 square feet with space available for leasing.

8. Mateo Office Park

The fifth phase of the office park at 8501 Wade Blvd. has begun construction. This phase includes three buildings that range in size from 7,527 square feet to 7,686 square feet. The buildings are for medical and professional use. The first building is expected to be complete in December. The second and third buildings will be complete in January and February.

9. Preston at Wade Crossing

Construction has started on the planned office park at the southwest corner of Preston Road and Wade Boulevard. The office park will include 13 buildings with space for medical and professional use. The first phase will be delivered in either December or January.

10. Teel Crossing Center Phase I

The exterior of the center is complete with businesses now open while other businesses are still working on finishing the interior. The 20,020-square-foot retail center is located at the northeast corner of Main Street and Teel Parkway.
