Texas Health Emergency Room at 5245 Preston Road, Frisco, was renamed City Hospital Emergency Care Center in late January. The name change comes after Adeptus Health partnered with Pipeline Health to make 22 freestanding emergency rooms into licensed outpatient departments of City Hospital at White Rock.
