The Omni PGA Frisco Resort and Monument Realty PGA District is slated to open May 2 at 4341 PGA Parkway in west Frisco, according to a March 28 news release.
The Professional Golfers’ Association of America and Omni PGA Frisco Resort named Monument Realty the title sponsor of PGA Frisco’s entertainment district, according to the release.
The district, located between the resort and PGA’s new headquarters, will include a 2-acre putting course called The Dance Floor; a lighted, 10-hole course called The Swing; and Lounge by Top Golf, according to its website. The district will also include dining and retail options such as a PGA shop, Ice House, Gimme Toys, Vineyard Vines and more, according to the release.
“PGA Frisco is a remarkable project that we have designed and programmed with intent for local residents and travelers alike, and the Monument Realty PGA District is the heart of this experiential destination,” said Jeff Smith, Omni PGA Frisco Resort vice president and managing director, in a statement. “Our goal has been to embody the local flavor of the area and ensure that PGA Frisco is the go-to place that residents frequent on a regular basis for gathering with friends for dinner, taking the kids for an ice cream cone at Margaret’s Cones & Cups, escaping for a staycation and beyond. Monument Realty is a strong community partner, and we’re excited to have them join us in this milestone project.”
