Several new businesses are on the horizon for Frisco in 2026, including a new cafe and market, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant and new shops in Stonebriar Centre. This list is not comprehensive.
1. Commissary
Commissary, a concept from Headington Companies, is set to open next year in Frisco's Hall Park. Commissary is a cafe, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar and neighborhood market and offers various bakery items, breakfast tacos, lattes and on-the-go lunches. Its market offers beer and wine, gelato, frozen soups, breads and fresh-baked pastries.

The modern, fast-casual eatery will feature a dining experience that combines buffet-style service with plated dishes. Cold items, including fresh dips, salads and toppings will be available buffet-style while proteins will be plated fresh from the kitchen.
