Frisco Taekwondo America celebrated its 10-year anniversary in November. The martial arts studio offers taekwondo classes to children and adults age 4 and up. The current owner, Maraí Jimenez-Gavidia, is a former student and employee of the school. She started training at Frisco Taekwondo America while she was in eighth grade and worked there while she was a student at Lone Star High School in Frisco.
