Dick’s Sporting Goods will open its House of Sport concept in Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre on Oct. 23, with a weekend-long celebration planned through Oct. 25.

Dick’s Sporting Goods primarily focuses on selling athletic gear, apparel and footwear, while its House of Sport stores offer a more interactive shopping experience with features such as rock climbing walls, golf simulators, putting greens and other hands-on activities.

The Stonebriar Centre opening will feature appearances by former Dallas Cowboys Linebacker DeMarcus Ware, Dallas Cowboys Tight End Jake Ferguson and Dallas Wings guard Azzi Fudd through Oct. 25.
