Hutto advances large mixed-use project, sets hearing on funding plan

Hutto City Council approved a zoning amendment for a 389-acre master-planned neighborhood near County Road 132 and FM 1660, shifting to a 90/10 housing plan and scheduling a Dec. 4 hearing on a $100 million Public Improvement District.
