Alamo Colleges District celebrates 80 years of higher education across San Antonio

Since 1945, the Alamo Colleges District has provided post-secondary education opportunities in the San Antonio area. The district started with two campuses, and at the end of 2025, has five campuses which educate more than 80,000 students each year.
