A Fresenius Kidney Care dialysis center is coming to Presidio Plaza shopping center in northwest Denton, a company representative said.
The center will offer treatments for chronic kidney diseases, including dialysis, education updates on kidney health and kidney-healthy food recipes, according to the company website.
Texas Department of Licensing and Registration documents show the clinic will cover about 11,100-square-feet and cost about $3.2 million to build.
Construction was scheduled to start in early June and will complete in late September, according to state documents.
