A new James Avery location is coming to Denton, and a pool supply store will start construction in Trophy Club. Check out five of the latest Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permits filed around the metroplex. This list is not comprehensive.
3400 at Cityline renovation
A corporate office space at 3400 at Cityline, an office park, will undergo about $12 million in renovations, according to TDLR documents. The documents state the project will cover about 36,000 square feet and cost $12 million.

New AT&T Facility
AT&T will build a new service facility with storage, an office and space for vehicle maintenance on Airport Drive in McKinney, according to TDLR documents. The new facility will cover roughly 30,100 square feet and cost about $4.23 million. AT&T offers internet and communications services, including mobile phone plans.

MonkeyMoto
Motorcycle dealership and service center MonkeyMoto will finish out a new location in Denton, according to TDLR documents. The space will cover about 22,300 square feet and construction is scheduled to be complete in December 2027. MonkeyMoto operates another location in Argyle, according to the company’s website.

James Avery
A new James Avery jewelry store will open next year in Denton at the Denton Crossing shopping center, per TDLR documents. The business operates another Denton location at Rayzor Ranch. James Avery offers jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets and charms. An existing retail space will undergo a roughly four-month renovation to accommodate the jewelry shop.

Pinch a Penny
Pool supply store Pinch a Penny will start construction at the Trophy Club Plaza shopping center in early August, TDLR documents state. Pinch a Penny offers pool supplies like chlorine, pumps, and motors and filters. The company operates several North Texas locations, with stores in Colleyville, Richardson, Frisco and Plano, according to Pinch a Penny’s website.
