Aviation technology company Masco Service Corporation will start construction on a new aircraft hangar and avionics shop in late August, according to a TDLR filing.
The documents state the facility will span nearly 21,000 square feet and cost $3.5 million to build. The hangar and avionics shop will complete construction in late July 2027, according to the filing. A Denton enterprise airport representative said the facility will be located near the airport entrance on the southwest corner of Skylane and Airport Road.
Masco Service performs maintenance, repairs and testing for aviation electronics. It has another shop in Grapevine near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
