A new James Avery Artisan Jewelry store will open at the Denton Crossing shopping center next year, according to documents filed with the TDLR.

The documents state the retail space off South Loop 288 will undergo a roughly $424,000 renovation to accommodate the James Avery store. Construction to convert the space is expected to start Sept. 28 and finish by Jan. 11, 2027, according to the documents.

James Avery offers rings, necklaces, bracelets and charms. The company operates another Denton location at the Rayzor Ranch shopping center, according to the company’s website.
