A new Club Car Wash location will start ground-up construction on South I-35E in Denton in October and is expected to finish in April 2027, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The car wash will feature an automated tunnel car wash and vacuum stalls, the documents state.
Club Car Wash operates one other location in Denton on East University Drive, according to the company website.
