Alamo Drafthouse reopened its theater Sept. 17 at 100 S. Central Expressway, Ste. 14, Richardson. The movie theater chain initially closed its locations in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic but reopened its Richardson location in August 2020 before closing again in early October. The theater's website lists showtimes scheduled into October for every day of the week except for Tuesdays or Wednesdays. 469-331-8703. www.drafthouse.com/theater/richardson

Prior to this week, July 31 was the last time less than 10% of the hospital beds in Trauma Service Area E, which consists of 19 counties in North Texas, including Collin and Denton counties, were occupied by confirmed COVID-19 patients.

Draft A would have the school year begin Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022 and end on Friday, May 26, 2023. Draft B would see the school year begin on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022 and conclude on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

Mixed-use development CityLine marks 5th anniversary in Richardson
