Frankie’s Mexican Cuisine is changing its name to Dos Arroyos, according to its owner. The restaurant, located in the II Creeks Plaza development at 2701 Custer Parkway, Richardson will continue to serve the same menu and drinks under its new name. It is expected to re-open within the next few weeks after temporarily closing for renovations, the owner said. 972-231-8667. www.dosarroyoscomidacasera.com
