Rooster Town Cafe should open by Labor Day at 3613 Shire Blvd., Ste. 180, Richardson. The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Rooster Town is the latest culinary project by restaurateur Dale Wamstad, owner of the adjacent Texas chophouse and Two For the Money BBQ.
