Pokeworks expects to open its second Dallas-area location in late October in the Richardson Restaurant Park development, located at 744 S. Central Expressway, Richardson. The restaurant offers customizable poke bowls, burritos and salads with a choice of raw tuna or salmon; or cooked chicken, scallops, shrimp or tofu. The menu includes items made in collaboration with “Top Chef” alumnus Sheldon Simeon. www.pokeworks.com
