Credit Union of Texas is opening a new branch on May 16, according to a news release from the company.
The bank will offer full-service consumer and business banking services. It will be the bank's second branch in Richardson, following its SMART branch inside of Berkner High School. Credit Union of Texas has 19 branches across North Texas.
The new branch will be located in a former Comet Cleaners location, which closed last year.
Credit Union of Texas will be hosting a grand opening event on May 16 that will include complimentary food and drinks, a live DJ and children's games and activities.
