The commission tabled the preliminary site plan at its Jan. 20 meeting for the second time to allow the applicant more time to incorporate the commission’s feedback.
The 34.6-acre property is currently planned to include a mix of restaurants and retail, including a pharmacy with a drive-thru, smaller retail and restaurant buildings and a larger retail space of over 100,000 square feet, according to town documents.
