85C Bakery Cafe is expected to open a new Prosper location in spring 2026, according to a company representative.

The bakery chain serves pastries, cakes and bread with handcrafted coffee and teas.

The representative said the location is currently projected to open in late March to early April next year. Construction is expected to wrap up in early 2026, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
